Pretty much what my response to the consultation is. It's like they've never even been there.
There's a whole strip of land from Hanger hill to Greenford that, in some insane future, could be 'transformed' into something like Stratford. I wonder if that's Ealing's long game.

Having read the proposal... 100% definitely should be a park.
I wouldn't model it on Stratford though, and there's no way in hell that they'd achieve a similar visit and revisit rate without things like stadiums, venues, velodrome, shopping centre, etc... that's just delusional thinking.
