A few people with connections inside the club. Part of the supporters trust, medical staff etc.
Taps nose etc

Dolphins defense kept them in it (tips hat at vic fangio) and now the offense has caught fire. Why they’ve been moving the ball and stifling the kc offense, think it’s going to a walk off field goal or overtime..

Interesting. Hunt family has oil money but not sure of their net worth. I think most of their wealth is based on the Chiefs.
Mahomes missed his Whataburger (burger chain in Texas) so much, he used his money to open an entire new franchise territory around KC and Missouri / Kansas.
Mahomes' cash plus Hunt's management expertise? Could work.
Still.
Better than another corrupt as fuck despot or a sport washing exercise.

Although imagining Mahomes' voice attempting a brummie accent will keep me mentally entertained for at least a week.

I should never predict any results in this sport. No game winning last minute field goal, no overtime, chiefs hold on, steve spagnolo dialling up the pressure to force the sacks on tua. Like the dolphins, the chiefs defense is underrated, not league leading but disruptive enough and can create enough pressure to get them through..
Will be interesting to see how the dolphins do in the playoffs, which I think they’ll get to this year. Think more defensive Co-ordinators will find ways of disrupting/ affecting their offense. -

CJ Stroud, on the way to joining the Homie, TLaw and Joey B gang

RAIDERS ARE BACK BABY WOOOO WE'RE GOING TO THE SUPERBOWLLLLLL
Obviously not. But that felt like a different team last night. I know it's only the Giants with a 3rd-string QB, but I hope it puts a bit of fire back in the team.

Bill barnwell with the receipts for why mark Davis fired mcdaniels, especially pertinent after that raider’s performance yesterday..

CJ is Him
The vibe from Stroud is incredible. Watson / BoB (pre-2019) always felt great, but CJ / Ryans feels special.
I don't want hex anything but I get serious 'Warren Moon with Jack Pardee' type vibes.
So many years of low expectations. Hope is a hard thing face, let alone embrace.
Progress is good. 4-4 by week 9? Fuckyesthankyouverymuch.
Feels good man. Feels good.

The lego man bowl cut is gone too. Not sure what requires more celebration TBH.

Josh Dobbs is the best story this season. Wonderfully surreal.

49ers putting a beatdown on the Jaguars, and I'm sure the conversation about Brock Purdey will now spin to how good he is, and how the 49ers can win a superbowl with him.
Also the Josh Dobbs arising, and the life he's breathed into the Vikings is amazing. Still wondering why the Jets didn't take a pun on him or another QB as Zach Wilson (despite me being invested in him being/getting better after hard knocks) isn't getting it down and they are a QB away from being good enough for the latter parts of the playoffs.

JFC being a Texans fan these last couple of weeks has been a roller coaster.....
1:30 to go. Tie game. 1 time out. Let's go!

Speechless. Fucking speechless.
How do we win on the road against the Bengals?!?!?!?
Are we good? I think we might be good this year.

I am not sure I know how to handle this.

Joey B out for the rest of the season :(

Actual TNF I can watch! Happy Turkey Day.
Packers up by 14 after 1Q.

The lions are getting kerb stomped currently. Turnovers and being unable to stop the packers passing game are killing them..
If their “easy” games are like the bears and this one, their path to the playoffs could be harder than at first anticipated.Only good thing about being this bad in the first half, gives space for the lions to make a great comeback in the 2nd

Jack Harlow is performing worse than the Lions.
Happy turducken day.

Pack are really getting to Goff - he seems off and his receivers have dropped a few catchable passes.
They need to go back to the run game and open more play action opportunities.

As soon as the lions get a bit of momentum, Green Bay defense and Campbell’s aggressiveness keep torpedoing their chances.
Feels like this is a game that is slipping away from them. Another game to chalk up to experience about what it feels like to be the hunted. -

Also watched this last night, a great reminder of what made Barry sanders so great, format feels a bit last dance but they’ve got some great pieces in there.
What it also clarified was why I like nick Chubb so much as his whole demeanour reminds me of Barry, all business, no ego, and such a great athlete, able to take over games..If you’ve got Amazon prime it’s worth a watch..

Wonder which coach and GM are going to put their hats in the ring for the Chargers job. Young franchise QB, aging talent, and not enough picks to do much to revamp the roster.
But Justin Herbert!

Lots of coaches would love to hitch their wagon to the Herbert train. Many would love to just add speed at WR 1 / 2 to take advantage of his deep ball skills outside of the numbers. Imagine Herbert as the starting QB for the Dolphins track team?
I bet they aim to get Ben Johnson out of Detroit or the OC out of Philly and fail. They will float the idea of Belichick as HC in the hopes of repeating Brady magic with Herbert, which also fails.
What they will do is hire Sean McDermott when the Bills fire him.
Also. Miami KC game is fantastic.
