Hi guys, wondered what these Campagnolo parts are specifically and their worth. I've posted in other threads but thought I'd drop it here too. Any advice would be great, cheers. https://imgur.com/a/50t5UeA?s=sms

Honestly, I wouldn't get over-excited about their value. With a Record crank, Chorus ergos, and Veloce derailleurs, it's not a complete groupset.
They've obviously been well-used and 177.5 is an unusual crank length (although one that makes sense, looking at the frame size)
It's a beautiful bike, though. They're probably best left on it as a whole.

Thanks a lot. Yeah, I wasn't expecting crazy amounts but wanted to know my options. Seems to make sense to just spruce it up a bit and hold on to it for casual enjoyment and sentimentality!

need to find a front one of these for a 11 speed Record brake. Anyone know the part # or if they were even available as a repair part?

Are you sure that's a screengrab for an 11 speed Record brake caliper?
I 'think' you'll need BR-SR004, but a quick Google doesn't return many shopping results.

It’s not a skeleton brake, but it’s the closest I could find. The part looks the same, but I’m sure has some small changes that make it not compatible.
I’ve had a few folks now tell me that it was a Service Center only part.
Actually looks like I’m wrong and it’s not a similar part:

Is this true for older stuff do you know? Just gearing up for an older 8sp build and wasn’t aware I’d need different cable types

Does anyone know if these nuts are for sale separately somewhere? For 11s Athena.
The previous owner screwed them up with a normal allen key I think

Condor have the nuts with the clamps for £18.
Other than that, someone with one in a toolbox might be able to measure it up for you, then search Google for domed allen nut and hope you can find a similar size.

This happened to me a while back and I'm pretty sure I used a brake nut. The shortest one I had.

I actually just found a single original campagnolo spare too if that's any use to you.

Does anyone run 12-speed Record? I'm considering taking the plunge on it (teetering on Golf club/Dentist/buyer) and wanted to know what anyone thinks of it.
Currently use 11x Chorus 53/39 and 11-29 (which I'd move on) and would like 52/36 with 11-32 for more range.
The bike it would go on is an ex-Lotto Ridley with Campagnolo logos on it, so doing the sensible thing and running Di2 Ultegra is semi-sacrilegious. Or is the 12-speed Shimano significantly better? Neither are lookers so I'm not too fussed in that sense

Well, I don’t run 12s Record, I run Chorus 12. And can say it’s excellent, coming from 11 Chorus. It feels top end and the extra gears are great, however there’s less carbon than the 11s.

I run Record 12v, no issues whatsoever.

I have Chorus 12 on the graveleûr. It's been rock-solid, crisp shifting and smooth braking all the time. The only bad thing was when I kicked up a stick into the rear derailleur and it threw itself into the cassette and exploded. Can't really blame Campag for that, though.

Record 12 is great. As is chorus.
The decision whether to go di2 or not is really whether you like mechanical or electronic.
In terms of pure performance di2 is clearly better, but shorter service life, battery charging, electronic troubleshooting etc is a consideration.
I like mechanical cos I don't have to worry about any of that and it goes ker clunk. -

Had it on my bike for the last 4 years, covered approx. 30.000km with it. No issues with it whatsoever.
Make sure to use the original shift and brake cables (if rim brake), they're expensive but they're a game changer for the shifting performance. This only refers to when you'd need to service the groupset, upon initial purchase the cables are all included of course.
Only recently changed over to Super Record 12s mechanic.
Campagnolo now also has the 12s chain with the quick link available. It's listed Super Record chain but works with everything 12 speed.

Thanks hive mind... seems it's genuinely a step on and very good, despite being uglier than 11x IMHO... best get the abacus out to justify.
I had looked at piecing together 11x Record/Super Record second hand, but prices are eye watering, particularly so when you're comparing used against new!

My only caveat would be that there's a known issue with some of the 12sp shifters being waayyy too stiff: apparently there was a problem with the spring supplier at one point. They will modify the shifters if that happens to you, but it's a job for the Stoke or Leighton Buzzard service centre, neither of whom - in my experience - are terribly efficient or helpful.

How often does that get dragged around mostly underwater, only half tarmaced, salt gritted English lanes? Campag for show, Shimano for go. ;)

@hippy, The fact that I only take pictures when my bike's clean doesn't mean it never gets dirty. ;)
In fairness, the wheels only ever saw sunshine. In winter I never use those particular wheels.
Probably sees less rain, an equal amount of salt on the road in winter and most likely more sweat in summer than most bikes in Britain haha.
Chain length looks fine. Have a play with the 'h' screw (b-screw) as it's not chain length causing the issue. Also check your freehub is not sticking.
