Really? From recollection the first few Michelin stared restaurants in china were for french food not Chinese.
So once again, is there an equivalent of Michelin stars for Chinese food. Cos I ain't seeing chicken feet or pigs intestine, or pangollin on Michelin stared restaurant menu in china.
Need to remove the would and pluralise the cook.
