Some incredible bikes to choose from there, pretty much peak exotica (I do have another suggestion though...)
I think for me it would be the Aprilia, it's probably the best sounding bike in the world and I love how it looks, I also feel like they're the right balance of Italian-ness without the Ducati/ MV Agusta golf club vibes (not that it would necessarily put me off either).
Jung is probably correct on the 1299S being a good investment.
KTM is undeniably mental in the best way and rare to boot.
MV Agusta is a bit footballers for my taste I think and if I were going to go for an MV it would probably be an F4 1000.
S1000RR is popular for good reason and while it may seem the more sensible option it definitely wouldn't be boring!
As a wild card entry would you consider a Bimota? Probably down on performance vs the other options but great levels of exotic...
Oh this is the thing, I am being completely nitpicky on the MV because I'd have one in a heartbeat! I suppose when you have that selection of bikes to choose from though you do have to be nitpicky as they're all great choices!
