  • It's the supernova one

  • Yeah just commuting really, only a few poorly lit sections but I'm starting to think the xs would be enough. I'll eventually get another one for my tourer bike so might get one of each ha

  • Feel free to DM me if you're interested in splitting

  • Have picked up a nice set of supernova lights and sp dynamo wheel second hand, only slight hickup is the front light is handlebar mount and my bar bag would obstruct that.
Any cunning ways to convert a handlebar mounted light which has the mount hole in the side, to fork crown mount?
Or alternatively, anyone looking to swap their crown mounted light for a handlebar one? It's an E3 pure 3

  • There’s an adapter you can buy.

  • Do the piece of 1 1/8 steerer plus star nut thing?
Or go directly into the thread in the light, with a long enough screw and something to counter that might work nicely?

  • Planning to buy their mtb version. From where you got them? I am UK based.
Planning to have also the usbs thingy too and the dual swtich.

  • You can buy direct and they’ll ship. I’ve got someone I know popping to buy it at the “factory” in Australia as they’ll be in Europe before too long. I think Venom in Belgium resell and there’s a place in the US too that ships to Europe.

  • Thanks.
    Saw them also on SJS.

  • Keep Pedalling in Manchester also sell them, either give them a call/email or have a poke round their online shop: https://keeppedalling.bigcartel.com/product/klite-ultra-dynamo-light-dual-usb-charger-and-qube

  • I've only used the Supernova Triple E3 or whatever it's called.

What other #reallyfuckingbright dynamo lights are available?

No fucks given about drivers. I just want to see where I'm going.

  • Road or off-road? I really like my exposure revo. Might seem low lumen but for me I find it’s a much “friendlier” light on my eyes they my supernova e3 on my Brompton or IQXS on my road bike, and I really like the spread when going on countrylanes as you can really see both sides of the road (and the trees, sorry drivers!)

  • Road or off-road?

    Yes.

Exposure Revo was the only other option I really knew anything about. Nothing else out there in the same realm?

  • I guess the K-lite (spelling may be off, the Aussie made one) is the only other off-road specific lamp I can think off. Think @skinny used one for his mtb exploits recently so may have direct feedback but seem well used for mtb bikepacking stuff going by the forums especially stateside

  • Sinewave beacon is the only thing I considered instead of my Revo

  • Bought it in NL from my local mechanic, he was?/is a dealer of K-lite.

I’m thinking of selling mine but don’t think that shipping to the uk makes it an attractive buy/sell.

  • Don't you have a Klite?

  • Parallel. Joergen is the man.

  • Imo they're the best right now.

  • Yup, that is the one

  • It depends on which setting/combo of stuff you have. I can always avoid the breaxshit and having them shipped to Italy (my original island 😂). Pm with details and see

  • I have the Klite setup too. On my MTB which I used to finish (slowly) skinny's event ;)

This is for my partner's gravel bike. I don't want to pay 500eu but I don't want to give her shit I wouldn't use.

  • Anyone have one of these light fixtures (ie for fitting from 25.4 - 31.8) in London? Would be keen to see if it works for my bars...

Busch + Muller Single-arm aluminium handlebar holder (25.4 mm)
