I am super happy for Raider Nation.
Josh McDaniels will never get another HC role ever. Played out EXACTLY like his time in Denver: alienated all the good talent, brought in low quality QB, lost too many games, worst offense despite being a 'guru', fired halfway through year 2. WAC.
Back to being QB coach for the Pats I guess.
