Relatives that have been tell me that summer opening, which is ticketed but anyone can buy a ticket, includes the gardens. I'm not sure if it includes enough of the gardens to get all the necessary squares though.
Edit: Apparently "Visitors can walk without restrictions amongst the sizeable plot of 39 acres." so should be all good but not for a few months.

JF has the squares so there must be a way in :)
"Explore the magnificent State Rooms which are open to visitors for 10 weeks each summer, and on selected dates for Exclusive Guided Tours during winter and spring. Dates for summer 2024 have not yet been announced."

Is Buckingham Palace gardens open to the public? Or is it like a special occasion thing you need to get tickets to get in for fucking high tea or something?
