I got one of these to make coleslaw. I hate slicing coleslaw manually, no rich relations to buy me a Kenwood.

Chinese cleaver for cabbage demolishing duties.

I prefer longer shreds rather than small chopped bits.

Mandolin and leaf vegetables can be pretty dangerous.
