Bang opposite Royal Courts of Justice, make of that what you will. -
Depends what it is. Alsal on the Strand come recommended but I wouldn't take anything too fancy there.
Mitka for older/more interesting stuff. Watch Atelier for modern Swiss stuff, or take it to an AD.
