  • I have a Wilfa grinder (less than a year old) that is stopping/starting when grinding, which a quick web search says may be a power supply issue. Has anyone ever managed to create a support account on the Wilfa.no site? (captcha showing nothing, reset password says ‘forbidden’, maybe it’s a trade thing and a shut out for civilians like me)?
    Annoying that my ten quid coffee bean blitzer is a better bet than this Wilfa doorstop at the moment…

  • Can't speak from first hand experience but I own a second hand wilfa Svart and bought a couple of faulty ones to repair to no avail.

    In my experience from reading around on coffeeforums.co.uk, rest assured Wilfa will definitely swap it out as your issue is a known problem as far as I gather. Let me know how you get on with their support!

    I use my Wilfa for pourover and it's cracking for the money.

  • I had the same and ended up giving up as it was out of warranty so Wilfa wouldn't help. I've still got it as I've not worked out how to dispose of it yet.
