Marvellous setting. Agreed. Unless I've massively mis-judged this, this thread is for surfacing (!) posts that seem tin-eared to their own privilege and wealth, and the quandaries that only afflict the wealthy or super-wealthy (should I buy that second Porsche/chateau?)

Getting divorced sucks, whether you're 1%-level wealthy or not. Yes, I'd prefer to go through divorce with a few mil in liquid assets than a few hundred in liquid assets, but let's keep it out of the 'showing off my wealth' thread either way, no?
