The one North of the second 'n' of London. You can see the path you walk inside goes through all other 8 squares in the 3x3 that covers most of the Wetlands. Satellite view shows there are proper fences to keep you away from that last part of the centre.
Wyatt Drive is public but the little close in the bottom South West of it is private and gated. I may just keep an eye out for it ever being open and sneak in for a loop around the building at the far end.
