  • At some point the radius of my coverage will increase beyond what I can ride at lunch anyway and then it's all done and dusted - I'll -have- to collect them using big rides so progress will slow to a trickle.

Yeah, I'm prolonging it by doing bike/run/bike. ~30 min run sandwiched between two 15 min rides. Or a 20 minute run between two 20 min rides.

If I did it all by bike I'd get all of the smaller tiles in a fraction of the time, but then I'd soon run out of stuff within range. Running is my major goal (for shifting the lard) and makes it easier to get some squares without having to lug a bike with me.

There's one particular small tile in the North East corner of the Wetland Centre in Barnes that's going to be a pain as it's not part of the path that's accessible to the public.

  • I've already done stuff like catch a train out and then ride back, just to see if it's feasible. Crossrail helps with that regards.

Osterley Park is probably going to require a walk. I think there's a paid area. We might ride down there, lock up and go wander around.

Barnes Wetlands, I've only clipped it on some other ride so don't have any tips for ya. Which tile is the tricky one?

  • The one North of the second 'n' of London. You can see the path you walk inside goes through all other 8 squares in the 3x3 that covers most of the Wetlands. Satellite view shows there are proper fences to keep you away from that last part of the centre.

Wyatt Drive is public but the little close in the bottom South West of it is private and gated. I may just keep an eye out for it ever being open and sneak in for a loop around the building at the far end.
