a gate to a trail is double locked so that's not been a through way for a while. Need to update OSM

If you can be bothered maybe check with the local highway authority and see if it should be open according to their records.

I've already edited it. See above. If it's wrong someone else can fix it. But given what satellite view looks like it looks pretty private.
