Sorry @Pifko I missed this then forgot about it. Are you interested in an 8th gen (2006-12)?
I can tell you all about those but not other generations, so I'm just checking before I write it all out!
The tl;dr is they're great little cars, super reliable, economical, decent to drive, the known problems/issues are all minor things and not critical and also not normally difficult to fix.

I'm in the fortunate position of downsizing from a soccer mom car and I've always been keen on Civics - @Fox any known problems/issues I need to look out for?
