With the pepper cannon ones being stupid money, I always thought something like a Timemore could make a very good (and clean looking) pepper mill. I’m tempted to get another one and flip the grounds container over to use a handle (with a bit of bodging to include a hex bolt to connect to the drive shaft) if that makes sense.
