Yes, it seems to basically be a reconfigured and cheaper version of the v1 kit.

Electric front wheel that you can swap your previous wheel out for in 2mins
cabled throttle that can be connected disconnected in seconds as you wish.
limited to 15.5mph.
100mile range
£300

Does this sound likely?

Illegal, and I think you’d have trouble finding half decent motor and battery for 300

Someone I know has apparently got links to a company promising the above. I was dubious but am not massively clued up.

Not sure if anyone here can give advice but I bought a full bosch drive system off a crashed mtb (minus battery) i was wanting to retrofit it onto my cargo bike but need to change wheelsize from 29 to 20. it has an intuvia display and i cant figure out how to change the circumference. Or if its even possible.

It’s not possible, need factory / admin access - even bike shops can’t change it.

There might be other workarounds but not sure what they might be

That is dumb and frustrating. Well i guess i flip it or buy a cheap frame

anyone got any experience with an orbea katu-e ? looks like a fun city bike for cutting about and shopping but also looks like they’ve not updated the spec for a few years…

Apologies for crossposting with the cargo bike thread, but looking for opinions on regreasing a Bafang mid motor drive.

At Mass, all the roadmen on ebikes were asking me if I'd regreased mine. Said I should be doing it once a year. One of them is particularly handy with taking them apart.

A quick googling seems to back this up. Has anyone here done a regreasing?
