You can’t advertise on EBay, and here.

oh really? I didn't know that, apologies.

Out of interest, what's the logic behind that?
I'll take ebay down, leave the listing up here for a while and if they don't sell then back up on Ebay. -

It’s to discourage fly by posters, who post to multiple sites just to shift some gear.

Gotcha. Well if it makes you feel any better, I posted on here and then ebay second (about 2 mins later ;) )
All good, will sort that out shortly. -

Pretty wheels - how many years + km have they seen ?
Also, can you use any old brake pads ?
-

Thanks, they are good wheels. Noticeable average speed improvement on the flat.
I'd say they have seen somewhere in the region of 10k km, but as mentioned never ridden in the wet so there is no abrasion whatsoever to the brake tracks.
Hubs serviced and spokes tensioned etc recently.
With carbon wheels you have to use special carbon brake blocks, these have only ever been used with Brakco Griptec pads.

They have £40 atm as well so £20 less
Selling my Hunt wheelset from my summer bike – never ridden in the rain and very well taken care of.
Recently had a complete service at Strype Street Cycles (hubs/bearings taken apart and rebuilt etc).
Hard to photograph brake tracks in detail but there is no visible wear whatsoever.
Can be supplied with good condition Ultegra R8000 11-34 cassette if required (£30 extra).
New these are £899, I think £699 is a fair price.
Located in Hackney.
Thanks
