Charging full price for a lager top i have no issue with, the amount of lemonade in there in relation to the beer is negligible. To me it seems that for bar staff there is no difference between lager top and shandy.. even as they half fill that pint glass with lemonade. Going to start querying it and be “that guy” in pubs..

That annoys me too. I used to charge for a half plus "mixer" which was about 60p at the time. At least charge for a half of beer and whatever a glass of lemonade would cost. Lager top on the other hand was still charged as a pint.
