Yeah I suppose so, just the thought of buying the land + 3 big properties + finishes + all the utilities and surveys etc. The mind boggles

So it's 3 houses and they're the same?
Only found a sales brochure for the plot with building permission for 3 houses from 2016.
Those plans have a 1 br for staff...
Not that keen on the finish, but I like the floorplans, and that 3 filthy rich families get a new home not just one even richer one.
