Yes did some new shoulders.
Almost done with the forks now and started the rear triangle today.
You have to remove some of the paint I am afraid. But you could maybe locally powder coat or spray the frame. I always recommend not ruining bikes that works and only modding frames that will need a full repaint anyways.
