Yes did some new shoulders.
Almost done with the forks now and started the rear triangle today.You have to remove some of the paint I am afraid. But you could maybe locally powder coat or spray the frame. I always recommend not ruining bikes that works and only modding frames that will need a full repaint anyways.

The fork is looking great! I really like the dropouts. Did you rebuild it with wider shoulders in the end?
Also contemplating mods on a retro frame. The blank area on that GT is that the "minimal damage" to the paint? I am wondering what can be done without having to repaint the whole frame.
