There's quite a few qualified doctors in the women's peloton. The German rider Tanya Erath, although she's retired now, and I think Erica Magnaldi is one too.

Tanya was in training when picked up as a pro so she essentially just went back to the same career with a cycling break.
Great ride by Cam Orr as well, finished 23rd from being stuck behind the crash at the start and basically last.
Sagan wasn’t so good, maybe didn’t justify his high grid position.
