I got them for price and didn't expect excellent performance, but i just family toured the netherlands coast for 2 weeks with and almost daily rain, occasionnaly very heavy, so i guess this qualifies as an in depth review and a positive one, if weight is a factor.
In short, they performed above expectation when it comes to waterproofness.
The attachement is only hooked straps so it won't last forever, but overall It's basically 3 bags for the price of one fancy gravel ortlieb. The sizing is very good with the rolltop system quite flexible.
Also : Trp hylex is probably x10 more reliable and fit and forget than anything else so pricing seems gentle in comparison.
