Watching the track, where the hell does Bigham look when he's racing? Super tucked in.
Edit
Holy fuck, how did Ganna come back to win that? -
• #47003
Mind boggling, wasn't it? Ganna always has that burst of speed at the end, but I didn't think he was going to get that back.

It must have coincided with a real drop off in power from bigham to swing that fast you'd think - but then bigham has proved himself capable of controlling his effort over a far longer period. Ganna is astonishing isn't he - similar to the end of the Olympic team pursuit where he dragged his team to the end of i remember right

I didn't mean to be confrontational, it's just that I've watched Shell spend hundreds of thousands, potentially millions of pounds over the last 10 years in court denying that their huge oil spills in the Niger Delta had anything to do with them. Personally I don't even think it's sport washing, it's some next level fuckery with the public's mind because they simply don't need to sportwash anything because they have no interest in undertaking ethical business in the first place

The split times showed Ganna did the second half 57 and 57 second per km and Bigham was 57 and 59

Tandem sprinting is fucking amazing.

100%!
This points race is absolute chaos.

The next Merckx was 25th, hopefully nose-breathing
He deserves to be at Ineos

Fantastic racing on the track this evening.
The pigeon noise every time the graphics flash up is doing my head in.

Such a pity the IP isn't in the Olympics any more I've always liked it. Incredible final.
Another vote of hate for the pigeon noise as well.

I thought it was a very nice World Championship avec Zwift road race. Mathew Dinham did very well and Owain Doull was the top British rider and he'd been in the break too.
I have found though that with all the different disciplines in one championships I've watched less because there's just too much. -
• #47015
Yeah, I've only been watching what BBC broadcast rather than seeking out specific events because there's loads of it. If I wasn't so hungover on Sat I'd be quite a ways behind the coverage.

Anyone know if any old punter with a bike can do a lap of the UCI Road circuit in Glasgow sneakily or are they pretty on it?

Let us know which corner you crash on đź‘Ť

They’ll be set training times that the national teams can ride on it, where sometimes the security people can be a bit over zealous, but generally I’ve found that it’s pretty straightforward to ride a Worlds circuit.
Anecdotally, there were loads of people riding it yesterday before and after the Elite Mens race.

Braw! I'll have a wee blitz around tomorrow after the TTT

This.

Dan Dhers still out here at 38 doing 540 tail whip nonsense and I'm sat on my sofa at 39 with a pulled oblique from turning over in bed.

Yes you can ride it, I managed two laps before the RR yesterday. The finish straight at George Sq is closed off but you can divert around it. There was a big crowd already on the Montrose Street climb when I went up it, was fun getting cheered on.

Adam Hansen is just a bit thick isnt he

I don't like the 'hell logo on the kit. Can't quite say why but bum ick whenever I see it.

Can you imagine him attempting diplomatic negotiations with a race organiser? I mean, I can but it’s an absolute shit show.
like his carbon slippers tho
I think you mean Velcro ftw.
That was one of the best Curse of the Commentator moments I've seen. I think all three of them said how good a bike handler he is on the corner before and then Ned delivers the power blow and he slams.
