• Weighed myself this morning at 93.1kg. I'm struggling to get down near 90 for some reason. I'd imagine it's diet related as I'm in full triathlon training mode right now, with a daily calisthenic workout and yoga. I'm definitely slimmer but I guess muscle weighs more than fat (or so I'm told).

    I'm going to try a cut for a couple of weeks to see if I can get under 90. No sugar and lower my carbs I guess. I've not drank booze in a month too which is delightful. Weirdly I'm getting up at 4am as a result.

  • If you're training for that event does achieving an arbitrary weight target make sense?

    This passes. I kind of miss it now, I got so much shit done. But it was a pain then.
