I’ve not seen the Ritchey one for sale on its own. I guess they’re kind of a niche thing.
S&S also do a similar soft bag like the Ritchey. Still not what I’d call cheap.

I got mine second hand along with the frame. The guy had a couple of travel bikes and wanted to keep the Ritchey bag.
They are available but not cheap
