I timed myself breaking down the bike and packing it up, 23:31 which i don’t think is too bad. Opted to remove the brakes, rather than just un attaching the cables which hopefully will make life easier the other end. Pleased I didn’t need to remove the stem. Current weight is 18kg, should be able to get my shoes in and my clothes, but it’ll be push the weight limit.
I’m going to have to write a check list on the inside of the box, I’m bound to forget something like QR Skewers or pedals.
