Whoops, forgot to increase the “warmth” slider 😂

Oh damn… I would love to, but likely can’t afford it. I don’t even have any kids to offer for spare parts or whatever.

Had an email about these. They are 🔥. When did g shock get so expensive

The limited editions are, but then they’re not just colour swaps, these custom circuit boards and LCDs are quite different and unusual.
Unless you’re talking about the ridiculous MR-G stuff, three or four grand for a G-Shock is pure nonsense.

Replaced the battery in this today. Haven’t worn it in years. A gift from my GFIL after I remarked at how much I loved the breguet numerals.

Yeah, same. My mate is trying to shift it. I just thought I’d give heads up in case someone wants one. Not sure about the price either.

Best Speedmaster ever!!

Unworn/mint? I think the price is very good actually. That’s below list and they’re not at all easy to get from an AD, from what I’ve heard.
Personally I really like it. Would trade my FOIS for it in a heartbeat if I could afford it. It is very much a modern watch though. It’s not going to give you the same vibe as a vintage one.

when wearing a manual watch on a daily basis, do you want to let it run low before winding the crown, or just top it up every now and then? And then do you always need to wind it until the spring is tight?

Belated happy Friday all! Just got back from Pembrokeshire after being rained off the coast path 😂

Generally, fully wound is when the torque from the mainspring is at its highest, and that gives the best performance, though in reality accuracy usually only starts to drop off when the power reserve is very low.
If I’m wearing a manual watch I will wind it fully every morning when I put it on. With manual watches you will feel when it’s fully wound. Just stop when you feel that resistance.

Auto or handwound?
Open or closed?
Only curious as £13.5k is to rich for me
Almost as translucent as your skin, get that man some sun!
Cool piece though dude.
