I tried these last season. They are effective; mean you can run lower pressures with lower risk of burping and without the sidewalls folding.
The main disadvantage I found was because overall volume of air in the tyre is much lower the chances of a puncture sealing and leaving you with enough air in the tyre to be useable was pretty low.
Might just go back to tubes this year.
