Dear people, after 40 years old, changes in how you poo, (the major one not feeling finished/empty) nag to get a colonoscopy. Do not be fobbed off with it's hemaroids.
Nothing to be ashamed about, especially as polyps dealt with during the colonoscopy mean non invasive surgery.
Also beware of the higher risk of diabetes too. Earlier caught less issues of small vessel damage, damaged eyes and depression issues. The bonus is free prescriptions!
