Well, found out why our oven smelled of burnt wood the other day.

Did the product have a failure or did you put a tray directly on the base of the oven?

Not sure, my guess is that the bottom element or insulation below it failed. It’s a properly shit oven. Took forever to heat up. Glad to be rid of it!
