Sorry to link to amazon, but I'm deciding between these two on the prime day sale, which should I go for?

AEG 7000 SensiDry Freestanding Tumble Dryer TR718L4B, 8 kg £489 - 2yr warranty
Samsung Series 5 DV80TA020AX/EU £529 - 5 yr warranty

Will be in a cellar but hopefully temp won't drop too low to cause an issue.

I’d go for the longer warranty, all other things being equal. Energy efficiency looks broadly similar.

Thanks for the cooker hood advice folks! That Miele looks top!

We had a Siemens TD that died recently, also came with a 5yr warranty, lasted nearly 15 years, 3 kids and a couple of house moves.
