These puretech engines can be problematic. Known for coil failures and plug failures. The spark plugs are also easy to break. Couple of more serious issues related to yours is debris fouling the oil pickup. I can remember exactly if your engine is timing belt or timing chain but the early oil bathed belts degrade and shed bits of rubber into the oil pickup.

@Fixedwheelnut @Brommers I should have mentioned it’s a 3 cylinder engine. I changed 2 plugs this afternoon (ECP gave me 1 wrong one but didn’t notice until I was home) but it’s not made any difference.
Did some deeper digging with the ODB scanner and found some additional errors which could explain things.
PO366 Camshaft position sensor B, bank 1 - circuit range/performance
PO369 Camshaft position sensor B, bank 1 - circuit intermittent
