John Carpenter's Prince of Darkness - bought this (wtf, who buys a film!?) from a free £5 of prime credit that Amazon gave me as part of a random promo. Had wanted to watch it for a long time. It's not up there in Carpenter's god tier work, but it's definitely in amongst his B+ stuff. Spooky church! Green goo! Satanic Alien zombies! Alice Cooper! Great fun, would buy again.
Also watched Man of Steel after watching the trailer for the new series of the Witcher, and needed to scratch that Henry Cavill itch. Henry Cavill is hot. Man of Steel is not.
