Oo there's a noodle place in Brussels called Liu Lin. There's a vegan waffle place in the centre called Veganwaf, it's in a dodgy looking shopping centre but persevere. Lucifer Lives is good but always busy. Other places: Tich, Le Botaniste, Yummy Bowl and Green House. There's a ramen place on Rue de Flandre with good options, can't remember the name.
