Thanks ^ have had a few recommendations for Hamburg, Jim's Burritos being the most frequent.
Quick recap of Bruges:
Beer = excellent.
Food = ok.
Missed Blackbird cafe which was fully booked for brunch over the weekend. Veno Cafe round the corner had good pancakes and tofu "egg salad" bagel along with several good looking cakes.
Despite limited options, Potato Bar was well reviewed but both burgers were underwhelming and only sweet potato fries are cooked in veg oil. Similarly Greens&Beans didn't live up to reviews. Service was slow, no tap water, free copies of The Great Controversy. Sad.
The one vegan fritteur has closed, so we ended up at Fritbar on one of the main tourist streets. One of the few places frying in veg oil. Had vegan mayo. Checks a box.
Chocolate Bar Brugge/Belgian waffles&ChocoKebab came through with vegan waffles 👍.
There were a handful of fancy places we skipped. Spent the money on tripels instead.
