  • Big Thee Oh Sees fan here, finally got to see them live in Brighton last Sunday. They were absolutely off-the-wall awesome, best gig I’ve ever been to.
Similarly my ears were humming two days later as well.

  • Saw Beyoncé last night at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Renaissance World Tour, that is one slick operation, stagecraft, musicians, dance routines, costumes, with something like 30 songs performed in 2hr 30mins.

As a global act, nothing comes remotely close today. Operationally big money involved, but Beyoncé is reckon to earn upto $2 billion in revenue from this world tour, and she bloody works hard for it.

Also props to the stadium staff, station staff and Haringey for making it a memorable and incident free event. The stadium is also world class.

The O2 Arena could learn a lot, smaller venue with a lot of headaches

  • Never been to a gig at Spurs stadium but been to a few of the NFL games there, and I agree, all seems very well organised and staff seem to know what they're doing most of the time.

  • Anyone going to this?

  • Sam Wilkes & Jacob Mann at the church of sound in Clapton tonight.

They have a buffet which is nice.

  • Got Depeche Mode tickets for this weekend. They're only accessible via the app or website.

I want to give them to my mates because we can't go. Is the only way to do this going to be giving them my ticketmaster login?

    Hey, Ticketmaster... fuck you.

  • This could help from ticketmaster site -

Ticket Transfer lets you send tickets to friends before the event, straight from your Ticketmaster account to theirs. No more driving around town handing out tickets or waiting outside the venue for the friend who’s always late! Ticket Transfer is convenient, simple and free and can be done on your desktop or mobile.

How do I transfer tickets to a friend?

    1. Log into your account and select from the list of ‘Upcoming Events’.

    2. Click the button to transfer tickets and follow the simple steps onscreen to transfer to your friends. You can transfer as many tickets as you like.

    3. Remember, the receiver's email address must be different to the sender’s email address.

    4. Your guest will need a Ticketmaster account. Don’t worry if they don’t have one, they’ll be able to create an account when accepting the tickets.

Your guest will receive an email invitation, and we’ll email you as soon as they accept the tickets.

Once your guest accepts the transfer, your original barcode for that ticket is no longer valid.

  • Thanks, I did see that but...

"Unfortunately, transfer is not available at the moment."

  • Shows in the UK this week and next

  • Looking forward to this. Troxy seems to be the new Brixton Academy. Decent venue, as long as you're in the front section, but I would prefer Brixton back, if they can stop killing their guests.

  • I didn’t miss out for long, they’re playing again in November

Heavily advertised at Zeke last night

  • Yeah. Troxy is good, but Brixton is the best. Really hope they get re-opened soon. Had to schlep to Ally Pally for a rescheduled gig the other day. Not much fun from Streatham. And the drinks queues were insane.

  • Got a spare ticket for death grips this eve. More than happy with FV.

  • Shame for your mate, that was a great gig. Seen them three times, and that was the best. Considering Ride is about my age, I'd have been knackered by the second chorus of I've Seen Footage.

  • I couldn’t believe the sheer force of energy in ride. No way the guy doesn’t have some serious cardio regime on the go. I’m late 20’s and was sweating like a pig about three songs in

  • Missed Download this year due to my eldest doing GCSEs however have already got my early bird ticket for next year. I don't care who is playing. 5 days in a field drinking Shipyard for breakfast is my idea of perfection.

  • Got a spare ticket for Show Me the Body at the Village Underground this Saturday (1 July). Don't think it's sold out so will take offers under face value

  • Went to Glastonbury for the first time in a while (6 years) this year and honestly had such a good time despite giving very little shits about the lineup, reminded myself of why its so special

  • Looking forward to Damon & Naomi at Cafe Oto in September!

  • Just in case anyone might be interested, I have one spare ticket to Blur at Wembley this Sunday .

    Really looking forward to it!

  • I have two for this tonight and can't go.

    DM if you want them

  • Hey, I’m looking for a band to play at my 40th, anyone have any recommendations please? After covers I guess, but stuff that people can dance to. Cheers.

  • These guys are great, they played a family wedding and had everyone dancing.

  • Cheers Caz, they look great. Hopefully they'll be free.
