Still undecided on the cockpit, which I guess will determine the bike's identity?

So far I know that it'll have:
Alfine dynamo + edelux for that bling
Nitto M18 (if I find one)
WTB Horizon 650b 48 tyres and I'll be brave enough to finally try tubeless
Ryde Trace rims because that's the cheapest nice looking disc rim on SJS
Old stronglight sub compact
Boring big black Bluemels Someone sell me some VO mudguards pls
Some aliexpress calipers or Avid bb7s because they're cheaper more old school than TRPs
DT shifters - I'm so happy I get to have dt shifters with a modern disc frame, it's so wild and dorky.
