I'm in that area next week (well, New Forest actually). We're planning on doing doing a ride from Lyndhurst>Lulworth that looks about 40-45% unpaved.
Depending on what you mean by next week, consider that you can't cycle along bournemouth seafront in July and August (between 10am and 6pm). I'm yet to plot a nice route that cuts out the beach front, ideas from some locals welcome..

My dad lives down there and informed me. He also warned there have been gangs coming down to the New Forest specifically to steal bikes. Unsure if true or boomer paranoia. Taking my good lock just in case.
The bit on Studland that is not road is as you might expect very sandy and unrideable in places, also very low so can have standing water, the other side of the road is marginally better.
Also I’d avoid the promenade personally and certainly not ride it both ways.
