According to the government website, B3070 (East Lulworth to West Holme) is open. I think this acts as the western border of the range. Guess we'll find out!
Annoyed that Whiteways road is off limits - the view looks great.

Humbly suggest a detour at this point to go via Old Harry Rocks, coastal path is bridleway, bit grassy but if you can do it on a shitty rental hardtail as I did then definitely gravel bike-able. Descent down to the rocks was a hoot, views are pretty spectacular.
Currently you appear to be routed along a footpath, which is extremely naughty of you.

Some other minor suggestions.
If you want more away-from-cars and to stay off the sometimes busy Ferry Road, here is a minor detour:

If you have time, can goto Arne for a dip. -
Thats a shame, Whiteways is my favourite climb! plenty of other good views.
I've not ridden through from West Holme to E Lulworth but looks as if they are bridleways, I tend to stick to my road bike round there. Although I'm not sure you can ride through Lulworth Castle grounds, easy detour if not!
Got a link for this? I'm local, pretty sure this section is the MOD area that is off limits.
