    Well, yes in a way.

    But to get WR solves now, you need three things:

    A randomised cube that is amenable to a lucky solve.

    Incredible skills of lookahead, planning and knowledge of hundreds if not thousands of turn patterns (algs).

    Physical ability to execute the above at tremendous speed and accuracy.

    Of these three things, the first is far and away the most minor and also one that is shared by all cubers. Do enough solves and your path will be crossed with such a scramble.

    But yeah, pretty much all WRs in all sports or games are that pattern.
    A tremendous amount of training and practice so that on the day that the stars align you're able to do something with your good fortune.
