I tapped into my staircase space to store some bikes. It wasn’t exactly straight forward to install but it worked out nicely. I took inspiration of bobble’s setup and added a rail.

There’s no assist or pulley system, but it’s not challenging the lift the bikes.

That is superb. Any more photos? Can kind of work out how it works - how do they lock in the up position?

Thats looks like a domestic nightmare. It'd drive me nuts thinking I had to shimmy up the stairs because of a pole and bikes
