I've definitely been in the Stag's Head on Cavendish Street one lunchtime and the county cricket was on.
I'd be amazed at any pub with Sky that wasn't showing the Ashes.

The Green Man on Berwick Street will be showing it, probably the Shakespeare's Head too. Although Soho isn't great for sport generally.
