Lengthens the wheelbase making the bike more stable. Quite a popular mod in the Golden Era race class and same length as the period Harris version from back in the day Chris Walker and James Whitham used etc. Obviously I need this for nipping to the pub on Sundays. Does eliminate the torque arm though.

That sounds like exactly the perfect type of mod to be honest. Been trying to go the opposite with the SV as it’s a V twin and a bit long wheelbase wise. Nothing easy though.
This is shaping up to be quite the perfect GSXR ain’t it?
