About to go on a holiday and was thinking about travel insurance. I have no need to cover flights, accommodation as this is being paid for by in-laws and we're not taking any gadgets or expensive items. Is it possible to just get medical cover insurance? I can't seem to find an option on a couple of comparison sites...
