Half of our allotment is dedicated to plants for bees and to encourage wildlife. Dug a large water tank into the ground to make a pond a couple of years ago, added some plants and did some light maintenance and it is full of life, found our first frog in it the other day. Very worthwhile and easy addition if you have the space.
