So the gps saves every second. If you open the file from the map view in Veloviewer and zoom in you can see the record points.
Also the map might not be fully accurate and combined with some gps drift.
So either edit the original to contain a data point or save a random bit of route in that square.
I had the same on my max square ride and the above is a summary of what Ben shared with me.

Double click the route in Veloviewer, should increase the markers. Hopefully you’ll have a marker in the tile.
That said RWGPS isn’t 100% on the pull through.
