interesting, do the ooni stones go bad at all?
I basically got my ooni way before the pandemic, back when they were call uuni. So my stone has seen a lot of action but lately I find its not retaining heat as well. Is it worth splurging for a new stone, or trying to clean it somehow?
It's More Likely you're running low on gas and not getting enough energy into the oven.
Or the stone is damp and heating up slower
